Importance of Oil Filtration

Approximately 80% of hydraulic failures are caused by Microscopic contaminants smaller than 5 microns.

Water contamination reduces the oil's lubricating properties and directly leads to the corrosion of bearings, valves, and other critical hydraulic components.

When metallic contaminants are present alongside water, they act as a catalyst that rapidly accelerates the oil's oxidation process. This process produces sludge—a sticky byproduct that adheres to valves and metallic surfaces. Eventually, the oil degrades completely, losing all its physical and chemical properties, at which point an oil change is the only remaining solution.

New oil is not clean oil. Freshly delivered oil is often heavily contaminated with micronic particles, typically registering a poor cleanliness rating of NAS 11 or NAS 12.

With our filtration, all moisture and contaminants are continuously removed, consistently maintaining a superior cleanliness level of NAS 6–7.

Keeping the oil clean dramatically extends the lifespan of both the oil and the equipment, while significantly boosting overall machine performance.
